Who operates TravCalc

TravCalc is operated by OVERSAND, Org.nr. 923 370 919, and sponsored and hosted by TPHosting.

Information we store

When you sign in with Google, we receive your verified email address, display name, Google account identifier and optional profile image. We store your account role, report history, confirmations and trust score. We do not receive or store your Google password.

Why we use it

We use account information to authenticate you, prevent report abuse, attribute community reports, calculate reporter reputation and provide moderation. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

Sessions expire after 30 days. You may delete your account from your account page. Account deletion removes your profile, sessions, confirmations and submitted community reports.

Processors and contact

Google provides sign-in and Cloudflare provides DNS, security and network delivery. To ask a privacy question or request assistance, contact [email protected].

Cookies and similar technologies

TravCalc uses only essential cookies needed to provide a requested service. The travcalc_session cookie keeps a signed-in account active and is HttpOnly, Secure and limited to the TravCalc site. A short-lived travcalc_oauth cookie is used only to complete Google sign-in and is deleted after the sign-in flow. Cloudflare may use essential security cookies to protect and deliver the site. We do not currently use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or cross-site tracking pixels, so no optional cookie consent is requested.

If optional analytics, advertising or payment tracking is added later, it will be disclosed separately and activated only after the required consent is provided.
